Host Results on AWS S3
Used at events where results are publicly displayed in the event's website rather than on this site Used in addition to the above checkbox when we want an Event landing page e.g. used for Bicton and not for Bramham, where we land on their page. Be aware that the AWS Event Page is not fully functional - for example links to numbers are not viable. Also you might need to move image files manually to the S3 storage.
FEI Show ID
Needed for all events with FEI-affiliated classes, so that results can be sent direct to the FEI system.
Export Results to JSON file
Used at events where the Sitka App is in use e.g. Bramham 2025. This app reads the results data from the JSON file.
Badminton Horse Trials
Used at Badminton only. Switch off after the event.
Allow entries to export to Salesforce
Used at Badminton and Burghley only, where entries are not taken on BE-approved entry systems. Switch off after the event. Once active, the Edit Entry page has an additional button on the Salesforce tab.
Export to Bridge
Allow this event's classes, sections, entries and results to be available for import into another EventingScores website using the Bridge.

      Guidance
      • The URL suffix to use for the SJ Big Screen is /results.big_screen.php?event_id= and don't forget to put the event id on the end
      • Use this tab to set the layout
      • Store an event.css file in the /uploads/events/xxx folder to set the styling. You also use the event.css file to set the logos as background images.
      • If you want to display the Time Taken on the big screen, you will need to hook a laptop up the the EG Timing box. Open /scoring/eg_timing.php?eventid=XXX. Activate. Refresh if it doesn't activate. Leave it like that all day - this page will send the time display to the Big Screen page.
      • At the moment it only works with EG Timing boxes and you will need an USB to RS232 cable.
